LSLC offers counseling services to all demographics. We work with children, adults and the elderly. We take most insurances and offer a sliding scale for self-paying clients. We offer daytime and evening appointments.
Click here to download – Alcohol Drug Assessment Packet
Once you fill out the Alcohol Drug Assessment Packet you are required to meet with one of our licensed counselors (one-time appointment). The counselor will determine if services are needed based on the information provided and an evaluation. The counselor will send a recommendation letter to the referring agency. The assessment fee of $75 is due at the time of the appointment. This is not covered by insurance.

Anger Management is an eight-week class that meets every week. It is open and clients can start at any time. It is $160 ($20 per class) which can be paid weekly (this is not covered by insurance). LSLC uses the SAMHSA’s (Substance Abuse Mental Health Services Agency) workbook. You must attend all eight lessons. If you miss, you are required to make-up that lesson. If you drop out you will not receive a refund. If you stop attending for THREE consecutive months and decide to return, you will be required to start all lessons over and pay the full amount again. A certificate will not be issued if you have an outstanding balance.

Domestic Violence Offender Treatment Intervention (DVOTI) is a 52 week class. It is open and clients can start at any time. It is $830 ($15 per class + $50 for an assessment). If an offender qualifies, grant funds may be available to cover the cost. This class is ONLY for male domestic violence offenders. Offenders are required to meet with a licensed counselor for an initial assessment and to start a treatment plan. The treatment plan will be updated every 90 days.

Life Skills is a 15 week class. It is approximately $375 + $45 for materials/workbook. Life Skills is not open all the time – once a class starts, it becomes a closed group until completion. Scholarships and grant funding may be available to cover the cost. Classes are gender specific.

Parenting is a nine-week class. It is $180 ($20 per class) which can be paid weekly (this is not covered by insurance). The Parenting class uses the Active Parenting curriculum. Parenting is not open all the time – once a class starts, it becomes a closed group until completion. You must attend regularly. If you have more than two absences, you will be dropped from the roster and will have to wait for the next class to re-enroll. Absences have to be made-up before completion. A certificate will not be issued if you have an outstanding balance. If you are dropped from the roster, you will not receive a refund.
